5 months and two extreme sunburns later...

if I had a dollar for every time it took me exactly 1.5 months to finally update my blog, I’d have 2 dollars, which isn’t a lot, but its weird that it happened twice in a row

I have been to many escape rooms, but a horror escape room is definitely next level, especially when your friends book it without you knowing, and you find out they booked the scariest of all the ones offered right before you enter said scary escape room, where you will spend one hour. Locked up. Yayyy… I gave all my friends hearing problems with my screaming so, I guess that sums up the whole experience. But I still liked it. It was fun, terrifying, but fun. Also, I will never ever voluntarily go into a room with a scary robot doll, hanging on a wall, I mean it probably won’t ever happen again (I hope at least), but just wanted to clarify that.

Honestly, I don’t really care where pavlova is originally from, I heard both New Zealand and Australia, as long as it ends up in my mouth and tummy, because it is so fucking delicious oh my lord. I made I one with my last host family and it was topped with passionfruit and strawberries. IT IS SO GOOD. Ita like crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and sweet, fruity, and fluffy, and still light, did I mention fluffy…if it was a person, it would be so perfect I would ask for their hand in marriage. Feel like fruit? Eat pavlova. Want something sweet? Eat pavlova. Want marshmallows? Eat pavlova. Want to eat something but its too hot to eat anything? Eat pavlova. You are sad? Eat pavlova. Your grandma died? Eat pavlova, it probably won’t bring your grandma back, but at least you have pavlova. Don’t have pavlova? Make. Pavlova. (I am sorry if your grandma died, obviously food won’t bring your loved ones back…BUT-)

What’s next…Sydney. Oh god, I did a lot there, gotta really make those two braincells in my head work here in trying to remember. I’ll just do like a list:

Day 1: We arrived and ate dinner, so very uneventful.

Day 2: Bondi beach, where -I DID IN FSCT PUT ON SUNSCREEN TWO TIMES BUT THE AUSTRLIAN BITCHASS SUN DECIDED TO BURN UP MY CHEST AND BUM ANAYWAY- it was very crowded 😊 and my shorts broke like wtf

Day 3: HARBOUR BRIDGE CLIMB. Honestly my favourite day, I loved the bridge climb, cause the instructor was really cool (I mean she was named Viktoria so OBVIOUSLY she was bound to be amazing…). And dinner on the showboat, which was so finger licking delicious.

Day 4: Manly Beach, where I didn’t get burned *proceeds to flip off the sun*. Obviously had to give another 17 dollars to Yo-Chi so they don’t get poor, love that for my bank account :3 After that we did a tour of the opera house and some shopping

Day 6: Blue Mountains and scenic world, beautiful, hard-earned views. When I say heard earned, I mean HARD EARNED; Try walking steps up a mountain in Australian heat, during lunchtime in vans, then you know what hard earned that was.

Day 7: Chinese Friendship Garden, sorry but the only thing I cared about there was counting the lizards. Then lunch at Sydney tower; I PHYSICALLY NEED TO GO AGAIN I LOVED THE FOOD SO MUCH. I got sick, which sucked. And we went to see the Christmas tree light up, which didn’t suck, cause the crepes there were amazing. Also 2 of the boys were throwing up because they were sick, I was like stay tf away from me.

Day 8: going home while being sick as fuck

I think that was all. So next was the camping trip: 3 days, 55k, two sore feet and 3 huge blisters. Yeah, uhm maybe not the best summary but there isn’t much to talk about. I liked it a lot, but it was also exhausting. Oh, and during that, as in after Sydney, I moved host families. I love them already, especially the mom.
